I bought over 20 new cars during my life time. I totally understand the purchasing process, especially from an exotic car dealer. One day I emailed Mclaren Newport Beach after hours and Matthew Parsons called the early the next day. I made an appointment to come see the 2025 Artura spider. I must canceled and rescheduled 3 different times, the whole time I am thinking this guy is not taking me seriously and he must think I am just kicking tires. But Matthew was always very understanding, professional and polite. When I finally made it un Matthew’s product knowledge, enthusiasm and excitement was unparalleled…like I was speaking to Bruce McLaren himself. This is the first time a sales person knew about the car than I did. I was very impressed. The test drive was amazing and Matthew encouraged me drive the car as I pleased. That’s what sold the car!!!!!!!! Amazing car, amazing people, great service what else can you ask for. Trust me ask for Matthew Parsons and you will be impressed. I leased an Orange Artura and it’s awesome, looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

Whenever I'm working on an exotic and need parts, he's able to order the correct items on top of giving me guidance on how to properly install everything. I purchased a beautiful 2020 McLaren 720s Spider from Randy McCall at McLaren Newport Beach and had the most amazing experience. I'm an out of state buyer and purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Randy and the team went above and beyond from filming a walkaround video , FedExing documents back and forth, to coordinating with my transport company for pickup. He answered all of my questions very quickly and even went in on his day off just to keep the transaction moving. Before shipment, he ran the car through service just to make sure it came to me perfect. They noticed the accumulators were going and replaced them no questions asked which was amazing! My car arrived as described and in perfect condition with a nice gift bag in the front trunk full of McLaren swag. I recommend McLaren Newport Beach and will be purchasing from Randy again!

This one is for the Service department. It was a wonderful experience working with George on my McLaren 720s. I know most people think the dealership is just out to get you on repairs but I definitely didn't feel that way working with George. He was kind and helpful with the entire process.
